FIGHTING SHIPS Rewrite

- -bertil- suggests that we do our FIGHTING SHIPS rewrite based on the old
Supplement 9 designs, which is alright by me, even though some of *those*
designs were not very combat worthy, at least by my standards.

Any other volunteers?
