The "Official" policy is that if 10% of the TML verbally/electronically expresses a desire to see it, you can post it. If there is significant protest (equal or greater numbers), an alternate form of delivery needs to be set up. I think you are wise to test the waters before sending a slew of designs out. I will remind the TML that Vehicle designs are now automagically moved to the end of every TML digest, so that people no longer need to wade through them to find "conversational" messages.
